You are not alone. I am rooted in the Cherokee belief of Tohi. When your body and mind are at peace, or balanced...this is Tohi. It is a state of existence. All things are a balance. When something knocks us off our balance, it can feel impossible to get back up. We are all on a unique journey in life. Everyone deserves a space to explore their TRUE authentic self. A place where your story is safe, CONFIDENTIAL, and supported. I believe there is healing that can be drawn from our indigenous culture and I incorporate that when necessary in therapy. Therapist's are like pants....one size does not fit all.
